Energy costs money, and a proper Energy Audit of your business or home makes great economic sense.
Airwave Technology provides a comprehensive assessment of your energy usage and needs, highlighting the savings that can be made ( typically 15% -40%). Some savings may require capital investment or change of procedures, it is our intention to keep all improvement costs under a 5 year payback at max. A lot of energy efficient products for your business are listed on the ACAS (Accelerated Capital Allowance Scheme), therefore full capital outlay can be written off against tax on the first year.
Airwave Technology have professionally qualified personnel in the field of domestic and non domestic energy ratings, so we are well placed to assess your property – whether it 
be a domestic house or a small, medium or large scale commercial premises. We do this by conducting a survey of the premises, collecting various data in relation to the buildings fabric, heating and lighting installations, amongst many other items, and then provide you with a comprehensive report identifying those energy saving measures which will assist in cutting your fuel bills. The report will identify the primary areas of energy consumption, the areas of weakness within the construction and design, support the findings with photographic evidence and recommend improvement measures that can be adopted. The improvements advised range from cost free good practise measures to recommended improvement works of small, medium and large in scale. Their introduction will have an immediate impact in reducing your energy bills.

Grants
The Better Energy Homes scheme provides grants to homeowners who invest in energy efficiency improvements in one or more of the following areas:
Roof Insulation, Wall Insulation, Installation of a High Efficiency (> 90%) Gas or Oil fired Boiler, Heating Control Upgrades and Solar panels.
